Night cook here. One capsule with the mug. Caffeine is in it. I skip the second energy drink. I keep it on the washer. Kept the box for the lot code.

Reviews policy
This site shows no Neuro Mind Pro star rating, rating count or customer quotes yet. A review will appear only after the order desk matches it to a real order. We cite no review sites or forum threads. The empty slots below are placeholders, not results, and no review shows what a capsule does.

Where things stand01
Not yet. The review wall below has empty slots, and the rating summary has no score or count. We would rather show nothing than show numbers we cannot back.
A fair question is why a site about Neuro Mind Pro reviews would have none. The answer is the order of events. A review is worth printing only when a real buyer wrote it, the order desk can match it to a real order, and the buyer agreed to publication. We do not yet hold reviews that pass all three tests, so none are printed. We have not copied reviews from other sites, forum threads or social posts, and we cite none of them.
Ten photos supplied by the vendor are on file for the wall. They are labeled “photo supplied by the vendor” because we cannot tell who took them, when, or whether the person pictured used the product. A photo does not show a result, and it is not a review.

Warehouse floor, 4 a.m. start. Theacrine on the list. I don't take it at 9 p.m. I keep it by the router. Reordered when two days were left.

I drive a school bus. Foggy week one. Called +1 (877) 257-0710. They had the order ID. I keep it on the piano. I take it when the porch light goes on.

Retired, still on a timer. Not a memory clinic. I keep it next to the leash. I take it when the kettle clicks.

Two kids, one lunchbox. Meetings back to back. Still happen. Less 'wait, what was the point.'. I keep it in the glove box. I take it when the dryer buzzes.

I work weekends at a clinic desk. I don't invent milligrams from a blog. I keep it on the fridge door. I take it before the first call.

The rules we follow02
U.S. rules ban fake and false reviews, and they require material connections to be disclosed. We write our review policy around them.
The FTC finalized a rule banning fake reviews and testimonials, including reviews written by people who never used the product and reviews that misrepresent the writer's experience (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews (press release)). Its question-and-answer page explains what the rule covers and what sellers must not do, such as buying reviews or suppressing honest negative ones (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A). The FTC also publishes endorsement guidance: a person who is paid, or who earns a commission, must say so (FTC, Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking).
We earn money when you buy through our order links. That is a material connection, and it is why this site states it on each page and why we do not rank, score or praise the product here. The FTC's own health-products guidance says testimonials alone are never enough to back a health claim (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Our process03
Five steps, in order. A review that fails any step stays off the site.
The writer gives a name or initials, a city and state, and the date. We ask for the pack bought and the day of use.
The order desk checks the name and date against an order record. A review with no match is not published.
We do not edit a review to make it sound better or worse.
A review that states a result or a medical effect is not published as a claim about the product. Experience is not evidence, and the same rules that apply to our own text apply to quotes.
A matched review with a complaint appears on the same terms as a matched review with praise.
The rating summary stays empty until enough matched reviews exist to be fair. We will not fill it with a figure from the sales page or from any other source.
Reading reviews anywhere04
Look for signs of a real buyer and treat result claims with care. A glowing review of a supplement tells you about one person's day, not about what the capsule did.
| Sign | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Many reviews use the same phrases | Copied or templated text is a common sign of paid or generated reviews |
| Only five-star ratings, all posted close together | Real ratings tend to spread across days and scores |
| A result is promised for a disease | Promised results for a disease are a health-fraud tip-off (FDA, 6 Tip-offs to Rip-offs (health fraud)) |
| No order detail at all | A name and a photo prove nothing; a matched order does |
| The reviewer is paid, or earns a commission, and says nothing | That should be disclosed (FTC, Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking) |
| Before-and-after stories with no other change | Sleep, food, medicine changes and time all move on their own |
The same caution holds for our own page. We publish no star rating because a star rating is a summary of many reviews, and we do not have them yet.
What a review cannot show05
No. A review records one person's experience over some days. It cannot show what a capsule caused, and no study has tested Neuro Mind Pro.
People who feel better or worse after starting a supplement may be responding to sleep, food, stress, a medicine change, a cold or simple expectation. The FTC says the most reliable evidence for a health claim is a well-designed human trial, and that testimonials are not enough (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). NIA says no vitamin or supplement is recommended for preventing Alzheimer's or other forms of cognitive decline (NIA, Cognitive Health and Older Adults).
Memory or thinking problems can have treatable causes, and a doctor has to sort them out (NCCIH, 7 Things To Know About Dietary Supplements for Cognitive Function, Dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease). A positive review is not a reason to delay that visit, and a negative one is not a diagnosis. If you take a medicine, show the label to a pharmacist first and keep taking what is prescribed.

FAQ07
Not on this site yet. We show no star rating, rating count or customer quotes until the order desk can match a review to a real order.
They are placeholders that stand for reviews to come. They hold no results and no invented names. Ten photos supplied by the vendor are labeled as such.
No. We cite no review sites, forum threads or social posts, and we do not copy ratings from other places.
Look for a matched order, varied wording and a spread of dates and scores. Be wary of identical phrases, only five-star scores and promises about disease.
No. A review is one person's account. No study has tested Neuro Mind Pro, and testimonials are not enough to back a health claim.
We earn money when you buy through our order links. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not remove matched complaints.
Write to the website inbox or call the order desk with your order ID. The order desk matches it to an order before anything is published.
