The list01
What are the Neuro Mind Pro ingredients?
The Neuro Mind Pro ingredients are five active lines, all in milligrams, plus a filler, a capsule shell and a flow agent. The label image supplied to us prints no Daily Value for any of them.
We read the ingredients from a label image and cannot tie it to one bottle, so every line is written as printed on the image. The bottle that arrives wins. For the full panel with serving size and cautions, see the Supplement Facts page.
| Label line | Amount | What the label does not print |
|---|---|---|
| Branched Chain Amino Acids 2:1:1 Blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) | 270 mg | An amount for each of the three |
| Bacopa Monnieri Extract | 100 mg | Bacoside percentage, plant part |
| Rhodiola Rosea Extract (std. to 3% Salidroside) | 50 mg | Extract ratio, plant part |
| L-Theanine | 50 mg | Source (tea or lab-made) |
| Panax Ginseng Extract | 45 mg | Ginsenoside percentage |
Together the five lines add up to 515 mg per capsule, our arithmetic from the printed amounts.
Line by line02
What is each Neuro Mind Pro ingredient?
Tap a row for what the line is and what public sources say. Each ingredient also has its own page.
What it is. Three essential amino acids, which must come from food (MedlinePlus). The label prints one total for the blend, 270 mg, and the ratio 2:1:1. It does not print an amount for each.
Read it with care. A review says a common BCAA supplement amount is 10 to 20 g a day, so 270 mg is about 2.7% of 10 g and 1.35% of 20 g. The same review says a BCAA load may be detrimental with liver disease and that supplementation in diabetes appears inappropriate. It is a review, not a trial, and no study tested this capsule. (MedlinePlus, Amino acids) (Holeček 2022, Side Effects of Amino Acid Supplements)
What it is. A plant extract. The label prints no bacoside percentage and no plant part.
Read it with care. StatPearls gives 300 to 450 mg a day of extracts usually standardized to 24% to 55% bacosides, and LiverTox calls 300 to 600 mg the typical dose. 100 mg is 22% to 33% of 300 to 450 mg. Common effects are digestive. Bacopa inhibits liver enzymes in studies, so ask a pharmacist about medicines, and about thyroid conditions. (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri) (LiverTox, Bacopa monnieri)
What it is. A plant extract. Salidroside at 3% would be 1.5 mg if the percentage applies to the 50 mg (our arithmetic, not a printed figure).
Read it with care. NCCIH says there is not enough reliable evidence to know whether rhodiola is useful for any health purpose. The pages we cite give no studied amount, so no amount can be compared. They list cautions with losartan, warfarin, phenytoin and antidepressants. (NCCIH, Rhodiola) (MSK, About Herbs: Rhodiola)
What it is. A chemical found in green and black tea (Memorial Sloan Kettering). The label lists no tea and no caffeine.
Read it with care. Memorial Sloan Kettering says data in humans are limited and gives no studied amount in the page we cite. It lists cautions with sleep medicines and in pregnancy and breastfeeding. (MSK, About Herbs: L-Theanine)
What it is. A root extract. The label prints no ginsenoside percentage.
Read it with care. LiverTox gives a recommended daily range of about 100 mg to over 1,000 mg depending on product form, so 45 mg is 45% of the low end. NCCIH describes small, short trials and cautions with blood thinners, diabetes medicine and MAOIs. (LiverTox, Ginseng) (NCCIH, Asian Ginseng) (MSK, About Herbs: Ginseng (Asian))
One scale for the milligram lines, so the bars compare fairly: the bars are drawn from the label's own amounts, not from any result. A bar says how much is on the label, never how well it works. Rows with no milligram amount have no bar.

The rest of the label03
What are the other ingredients in a capsule?
Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (the capsule shell) and magnesium stearate, according to the label image. It also says the capsule contains no allergens.
Microcrystalline cellulose
A plant-derived filler that bulks out a capsule so the powder fills it evenly.
Hypromellose
The shell. The label calls it hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a cellulose-based capsule.
Magnesium stearate
A flow agent that keeps powder from sticking to machines during filling.
The label image says no allergens. Anyone with a known allergy or condition should still read the panel on the bottle in hand, and ask a physician first, as the caution on the label image advises.
What is not in it04
Does Neuro Mind Pro contain caffeine, B vitamins or tyrosine?
The label image lists none of them. It lists no caffeine, no B vitamins, no tyrosine and no theacrine.
Some product descriptions found online name ingredients that the label image does not. We follow the label image, and the bottle you receive overrides both. We do not write that the product is free of caffeine, because we cannot see a bottle. We write that the label image lists none. Caffeine is a stimulant that the FDA says people vary in sensitivity to (FDA, Spilling the Beans: How Much Caffeine Is Too Much?), so anyone avoiding it should check the panel on their own bottle.
The brand describes the product as designed to support “cognitive function and mental clarity”. That is the brand's wording, quoted as such. It is not a finding, and the ingredient list alone cannot show it.
The evidence05
What do studies say about these ingredients?
They describe single ingredients, mostly at amounts above the capsule. No study tested this product or the five lines together.
A review gives 10 to 20 g a day as a common BCAA supplement amount (Holeček 2022, Side Effects of Amino Acid Supplements). StatPearls gives 300 to 450 mg a day of bacopa extract (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri). LiverTox describes ginseng at about 100 mg to over 1,000 mg a day (LiverTox, Ginseng). The label amounts of 270 mg, 100 mg and 45 mg are lower than the amounts described in those sources. For rhodiola and L-theanine our sources give no studied amount, so there is nothing to compare.
Lower does not mean safer, and it does not mean ineffective. It means a result from a study cannot be carried over to this capsule.
Before you take it06
Are the ingredients safe with medicines?
No source we cite says so for any medicine. Show the label to a pharmacist before the first capsule, and keep taking prescribed medicine.
- Ginseng and rhodiola are listed with blood thinners such as warfarin (MSK, About Herbs: Ginseng (Asian)) (MSK, About Herbs: Rhodiola).
- Ginseng might lower blood sugar, so diabetes medicine needs a pharmacist's view (NCCIH, Asian Ginseng).
- Bacopa is advised with caution around thyroid conditions and thyroid medicine (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri).
- L-theanine is listed with sleep and sedative medicines (MSK, About Herbs: L-Theanine).
The label image says pregnant or nursing mothers, people under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician. The FDA also advises telling your provider about every supplement you take (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health). See the medicine check.
