What does this privacy policy cover?
It covers the pages on goneuromindpro.com, the information site run by Goneuromindpro, a U.S. retail partner for Neuro Mind Pro. It does not cover the sales page where orders are placed.
We wrote it from the way the pages work today and update it when that changes.
Three separate places can hold information about you, and each has its own rules:
- This website. Pages, tools on the pages and the email inbox for questions about the pages.
- The sales page. The order link on this site opens a different site, getneuromindpro.online, where you enter order details. That site and its order desk set their own privacy terms, and we cannot speak for them.
- Your browser and device. Anything the site saves on your own device stays under your control.

What information does goneuromindpro.com collect?
The pages ask for no personal information. There is no account, no newsletter box, no comment form and no search that sends your words anywhere.

We have no tool on these pages that reads a name, an address, a payment card or a health detail. Please do not email health details, medicine lists or card numbers to the website inbox. It cannot see orders, and a doctor or pharmacist is the right person for a medicine question.

What stays in your browser, and how do you clear it?
The private 30-day capsule log is the one tool that saves anything. It writes a short list of tapped days to your browser's local storage so the grid is still filled in when you come back.
That list never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not tied to a name. If your browser blocks local storage, the log still works until you close the tab.
To remove it, press the reset control under the log, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Clearing site data in a private window is automatic when the window closes.
We do not set tracking cookies from the page code. Your browser, host or an extension you installed may add cookies of its own, and those are outside what we control.

Who handles my order details when I click an order link?
The sales page and its order desk do. When you click an order button, you leave this site for getneuromindpro.online, and anything you type there goes to that site and not to us.
We do not see your order
This site has no order form and no link back to your order. The order email and the order desk phone line are the places for tracking and changes. See contact options.

Read their terms
Before you enter details on the sales page, read what that page says about data, shipping and returns. Compare it with our refund page.
If you call the order desk, have your order ID ready, as the desk asks. For tracking and refunds on placed orders the numbers are +1 (877) 257-0710 and [email protected]. The website inbox, [email protected], answers questions about these pages and cannot see orders.

What happens to an email I send to the website inbox?
We read it, answer it and may keep it to remember what was asked. We use it to reply and to fix a page if you found an error.
Questions that fit this inbox are a typo, a broken link, a source you think we misread, a press request or a privacy request about this site. Questions about an order go to the order desk, because we cannot look up orders.
We do not add your address to a mailing list. We do not ask for health details, and we ask you not to send any.

Is this site meant for children, and does it want my health information?
No to both. Neuro Mind Pro is labeled for adults, and the label image supplied to us tells children under 18 to consult a physician first. This site is written for adults.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a parent finds that a child sent us a message, write to the website inbox and we will delete it.
The medicine check on the pages is a set of yes and no questions that ends with "ask a pharmacist first". It runs in your browser and records nothing. Health problems, including memory or thinking problems, need a doctor. See the medicine check page and the memory and aging guide.
Emergency. Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, a drooping face, weakness on one side or a sudden severe headache can be signs of a stroke. Call 911. Do not email us.

How is the site kept safe, and when does this policy change?
The site is a set of static pages. It has no database of readers and no login, so there is no reader account to break into.
Email travels over the internet, and a message you send is only as private as your mail service. Do not put card numbers, passwords or medical records in an email to us.
We change this policy when the pages change. If we add a tool that collects anything new, such as a form or an analytics script, we will describe it here before it goes live and show the update date.
