Neuromind Pro Real Ingredient Breakdown: What Is Printed and What Is Arithmetic
A real ingredient breakdown separates printed figures from arithmetic. The label image prints five amounts. Three more numbers here are our sums, not printed: 1.5 mg of salidroside, a possible 135, 67.5 and 67.5 mg BCAA split, and 515 mg of listed actives. No study tested this capsule.

Printed or ours01
Which numbers are printed and which are our sums?
The label image prints five amounts in mg. Everything in the right-hand column below is arithmetic we did ourselves, and the label does not state it.
| Line | Printed | Our arithmetic (not printed) |
|---|---|---|
| BCAA 2:1:1 blend | 270 mg total | If the ratio is by weight: 135 / 67.5 / 67.5 mg |
| Bacopa extract | 100 mg | None; no bacoside percentage is printed |
| Rhodiola extract | 50 mg, std. to 3% salidroside | 3% of 50 mg is 1.5 mg salidroside |
| L-theanine | 50 mg | None |
| Panax ginseng extract | 45 mg | None; no ginsenoside percentage is printed |
| All five lines | Not printed | 515 mg of listed actives |
The BCAA split is a guess about the ratio, not a fact. Federal rules let a blend list one total weight, and a ratio is not a per-ingredient amount unless the label says so (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR), Supplement Facts and proprietary blends). The salidroside sum assumes the 3% applies to the whole 50 mg.
Against the sources02
How do the label amounts compare with studied amounts?
For three lines the label amount is lower than the amounts described in the sources. For rhodiola and L-theanine the pages we cite give no studied amount.
A review gives 10 to 20 g a day as a common BCAA supplement amount (Holeček 2022, Side Effects of Amino Acid Supplements). StatPearls gives 300 to 450 mg a day of bacopa extract (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri), and LiverTox about 100 mg and up for ginseng (LiverTox, Ginseng). Studies used other products and groups, so the bars show a gap and nothing more. Lower does not mean safer, and it does not mean useless.
The comparison. A 2022 review says a common BCAA supplement amount is 10 to 20 g a day. The bar uses the low end, 10 g. At 20 g the label amount is 1.35%. (Holeček 2022, Side Effects of Amino Acid Supplements)
Read it with care. The studied amount comes from a different product, group and time span. It is not a recommended or effective dose, and no trial tested Neuro Mind Pro.
The comparison. StatPearls gives 300 to 450 mg a day of extract and LiverTox gives 300 to 600 mg. The bar uses 300 mg, the low end of both. The label amount is 22% to 33% of 300 to 450 mg. (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri) (LiverTox, Bacopa monnieri)
Read it with care. The studied amount comes from a different product, group and time span. It is not a recommended or effective dose, and no trial tested Neuro Mind Pro.
The comparison. LiverTox gives a recommended daily range from about 100 mg to over 1,000 mg depending on product form and use. The bar uses the low end, 100 mg. (LiverTox, Ginseng)
Read it with care. The studied amount comes from a different product, group and time span. It is not a recommended or effective dose, and no trial tested Neuro Mind Pro.
Each full bar is the daily amount used in the one study or reference we cite. The filled part is the label amount per capsule, set against the low end of the range the source gives. Rhodiola and L-theanine have no bar: the pages we cite give no studied amount. Extract types and standardization differ between studies and the label, so even this comparison is rough, and a studied amount is not a recommended one.
What it adds up to03
What does the breakdown tell you?
It tells you what is on the panel and what is missing. It cannot tell you what the capsule does.
No study has tested Neuro Mind Pro or this combination. If you take medicine, ask a pharmacist before the first capsule; sources list cautions for blood thinners, diabetes medicine, antidepressants and thyroid medicine (FDA, Mixing Medications and Dietary Supplements Can Endanger Your Health). The ingredients page goes line by line.
FAQ04
Neuro Mind Pro questions people ask
Is the 135 / 67.5 / 67.5 mg split printed?
No. It is our arithmetic and holds only if the 2:1:1 ratio is by weight, which the label does not say.
Where does 515 mg come from?
It is the sum of the five printed amounts: 270 + 100 + 50 + 50 + 45. The label does not print a total.
How much salidroside is in a capsule?
By our arithmetic, 1.5 mg if the 3% applies to the 50 mg extract. The label prints no salidroside amount.
Are the amounts the same as in studies?
No. For BCAAs, bacopa and ginseng the sources describe higher amounts. None tested this capsule.
